New Build Cottage
Whitebeam was engaged in providing tender procurement, contract administration and quantity surveying on this 7-month project which involved the demolition of a dilapidated end-terrace cottage in a Hampshire village, underpinning the party wall and building a new 2-bedroom cottage with hard landscaping.
Period extension
Whitebeam was employed to produce a Schedule of Main Contract Works and arrange a negotiated contract with the Clients preferred Contractor for this substantial property remodel, new basement, extension and external works project. We subsequently acted as a quantity surveyor and administered the 9-month contract for the works, which were situated in a Hampshire village.
