We are an experienced Chartered Building Consultancy practice in Newbury, Berkshire, that offers a range of tailored services for residential construction projects. We help architects, developers, contractors and private clients to successfully complete residential building projects – from domestic remodeling and extensions through to housing developments.
We have extensive knowledge and experience of building process, compliance and regulation, technical and contractual requirements, build quality, market costs and pricing, tender procurement, review and negotiation, building contracts & dispute resolution.
We aim to provide an exceptional level of service that is both professional and friendly, efficient and engaging with diligence, integrity, resourcefulness and a proactive approach to achieve peace of mind and reassurance for our clients on all projects.
Whitebeam have completed almost 200 projects for a variety of clients including over 100 Employers Agent, Contract Administration or Project Management appointments.
Our projects can range in value from tens of thousands to several million pounds and are typically in the £½m to £1½m range.
We operate within a 75-mile radius of Newbury in West Berkshire.
