Although this Oxfordshire village property didn’t increase much in size, it underwent a complete transformation and is now unrecognizable from the 70’s home we first visited when works were about to commence 13 months ago. Whitebeam is currently completing sign-off and final account following tender procurement and contract administration for the Clients.

Whitebeam was engaged in providing tender procurement and contract administration on this contemporary ground floor extension, remodelling and external works contract. The Oxfordshire family home benefitted from a new utility room and open plan kitchen, diner and snug which connected seamlessly via full-height sliding doors to the new tiled terrace.

High End Refurbishment

This property in Oxfordshire underwent refurbishment to both the ground and first floors to a very high specification which included replacement doors and windows throughout and new landscaping. The clients were on a strict deadline, and Whitebeam helped to negotiate the contract, provide contract administration and complete the works on time.
