Dan was essential to the successful appointment of the builder through to completion of the work in our full house rebuild. His attention to detail of the commercials, monthly valuations, week-to-week tasks and outstanding actions was of a very high standard. He undoubtedly held the builder to task, and made sure there was no overcharging at any point, which gave me real confidence throughout – this was invaluable. Aside from his core role, he went above and beyond to advise on sensible decisions on the house based on his experience and to recommend back to the builder the best options and cost-effective routes through. Most importantly, he was always helpful and attentive to take a call, or follow up, and remained calm throughout which was reassuring. I would absolutely recommend working with Dan and will work with him again on future projects.
