Dan really helped me on a previous project of mine. It was my first bigger development and with Covid at the same time. Dan gave me a real peace of mind and reassurance that I was going to stay on budget. Dan helped put the contract in place with the contractors and ran meetings every two weeks on site to help manage the build. Dan’s QS style approach was really beneficial for me as I was working with development finance.
