Substantial re-build
The project developed from an investment turnaround to a high specification owner-occupier and followed the completion of initial cost planning exercises. Whitebeam provided tender procurement, contract negotiation, administration and quantity surveying services to this impressive Berkshire dwelling which was extended and remodelled including high Tec services, external works & swimming pool, during a 12-month programme.

Whitebeam was employed to produce a Schedule of Main Contract Works and arrange a negotiated contract with the Clients preferred Contractor for this substantial property remodel, new basement, extension and external works project. We subsequently acted as a quantity surveyor and administered the 9-month contract for the works, which were situated in a Hampshire village.
