The Client for this scheme wanted the finances for the project managed and Whitebeam duly obliged by drafting the contract with the appointed contractor and acting as contract administrator and quantity surveyor during the 6-month two-story extension and re-modelling of this rather dilapidated Berkshire village property.
New Build Cottage
Whitebeam was engaged in providing tender procurement, contract administration and quantity surveying on this 7-month project which involved the demolition of a dilapidated end-terrace cottage in a Hampshire village, underpinning the party wall and building a new 2-bedroom cottage with hard landscaping.
Domestic Metamorphosis
Although this Oxfordshire village property didn’t increase much in size, it underwent a complete transformation and is now unrecognizable from the 70’s home we first visited when works were about to commence 13 months ago. Whitebeam is currently completing sign-off and final account following tender procurement and contract administration for the Clients.
