Whitebeam have often been engaged in this role by work-rich, time poor Clients that know what they want and how much they want to spend, sometimes also wanting a fast turnaround. We listen to the project objectives and can immediately identify the parties best placed to deliver these requirements.

We organise

We make all of the necessary appointments, offering design and specification proposals, cost options & general advice, updating regularly to ensure no commitment is made until our Clients are entirely happy with all proposals. The planning and Building Control approvals are dealt with, we engage the Contractor, monitor the works and manage the finances, referring back to the Clients only when necessary, or requested, but with regular progress reports; one neat package that reduces the time input, stress & worry for the Client.
