Detailing the various elements of build and tailoring proposals to individual client requirements, we will also highlight suggestions for any gaps in specification or scope and offer options to value engineer if appropriate.

Working from drawings, specifications, design briefs or scope of works, we will create formal full tender submissions for contractors, builders and private enterprises. Total cost estimates

We ‘take-off’ the quantities, for schemes with no Bill of Quantities provided, and apply prevailing resource rates to work-up elemental costs carrying forward to create a total cost estimate which also considers preliminary costs, sundries, contingencies, provisional and prime cost sums, overheads and profit. We are engaged on an on-going basis by a number of small to medium sized Main Contractors that out source their estimating requirements.
