One of our earliest and most exciting projects involved the conversion of an existing indoor swimming pool into a two-storey, two bedroomed detached home within the grounds of a substantial village property. Whitebeam provided quantity surveying and contract administration for the project, which included forming the first floor within the existing structure and extending over two levels, during the 6-month build.
