This project was for a secluded, picturesque property in a private land surrounded by open familiar and needed significant underpinning and a refurbishment overhaul to the ground and lower ground floors. Timing was critical to our Clients, and we were employed to negotiate and administer a contract with their preferred contractor — the work completed on time in April following a 5-month programme.
