This 10-month project involved the complete renovation of a town centre semi with ground floor and attic extensions. Whitebeam was included in the team to provide cost planning, tender procurement and contract administration services, helping to create an impressive property that seamlessly combined the new and old; zinc roofing, tall ceilings, proper use of glazing and a great open plan kitchen with media snug were vital features.
